I work with a tried-and-tested coaching model that will clarify all the roles any manager and team member needs to play, and breakdown the top skills needed to succeed. I will set an action plan to develop those skills and build competence with your team members. This powerful method will enable you/ your team members to master the "XQ" (Execution Quotient) and achieve your goals in the most effective way. Would you like to become a master of execution?
Participants: This is an individual coaching session
Duration: Between 1h and 1:30h
Location: Online or in person (Switzerland only)
It includes a "session zero" as a free consultation to get to know each other and set expectations.

Leadership is a skill, not a title. Leaders are those who lead and inspire others to achieve their common goals. In this training you find out and practice the core aspects of leadership as an inside-out process.

TEAM WORK TRAINING
1 + 1 = 3
Bring your team together and get your contributions to multiply. This training gives you a timeless approach that covers the needs of a diverse team and get the best out of people. Learn the secrets and habits behind high performing teams in a variety of fields (Sports, creativity, executive, etc) and find out ways how to implement them in your environment.
